The Patient Transfer Office has extended its opening hours, following the collapse of airline Flybe.
Government says it's to help urgent patient bookings and queries.
It comes as people have missed appointments, after a number of flights from the Island have been cancelled.
Officials are currently contacting UK hospitals to rearrange all patients’ appointments.
Meanwhile, the patient transfer office will now be open during the following hours:
Thursday 05/03/2020 9am to 7pm
Friday 06/03/2020 9am to 7pm
Saturday 07/03/2020 9am to 12pm
Sunday 08/03/2020 9am to 12pm
Government is asking people to only contact the office if they are travelling on or before next Monday, at teams dealing with a significant volume of calls.
A further update is expected by tomorrow morning.
