The medical director of Noble's Hospital says lessons are being learnt regarding patient safety.
Stephen Upsdell was speaking during an update on patient safety to the Island's politicians.
The number of complaints from patients at the hospital has risen for each of the past three years.
The Department of Health claims these numbers are no higher than in comparable hospitals in the UK.
However Mr Upsdell does concede that some issues regarding patient safety were unavoidable:
Rapists's appeal against sentence thrown out
Last chance to become next TT's charity partner
No gas price hike after regulator review
Cafe hits back after staff abused
Online appointments being considered by sexual health clinic
Treasury can’t say how much is made from medicinal cannabis
Road closures planned for tin baths this weekend
DOI has no junction safety concerns over Iceland plans
