easyJet has 'responded positively' to complaints and criticism about the punctuality of its services to and from the Isle of Man.
That's the message from passenger watchdog TravelWatch which has welcomed the airline's idea for a 'firebreak' which will be introduced next year.
Aviation spokesman Terry Liddiard explains how it will work:
TravelWatch says delays - particularly on the London Gatwick route - have been 'damaging the operating integrity' of the airline's evening services.
However the watchdog says it's encouraging to see that punctuality improved in September and October but says a 57 per cent 'on time performance' is still 'way below' the industry average.
