New parts to repair Peel power station's chimney stack should be ready by the end of January.
That's according to Manx Utilities, which says it's currently in the process of making them.
The damaged part at the top of the stack still needs to be removed, and MU hopes to fit the new pieces in February.
This will involve a large crane being brought over from the UK.
