Peter Newbery, the man found guilty of murdering two teenagers in care, will find out today if he will walk free.
Samantha Barton and George Green were both stabbed and strangled with a pair of shoelaces at the Leece Lodge halway house care home in Braddan in February 2002.
Newbery was sentenced to life in prison, with a minimum term of 20 years - of which he has now served.
The outcome of his parole hearing today will determine if he remains behind bars, or is granted his freedom.
