Tynwald's hansard operation has been lauded for its passion and focus on succeeding.
That's the view of James Scott, the hansard manager for the Parliament of Victoria.
Mr Scott added how impressed he is with how the team 'engages with the community'.
It was part of a two-day visit he undertook with editor of debates, Foong Ling Kong, organised by Tynwald's head of hansard, Ellen Callister.
