Problems with parcel deliveries can't be discussed by the Post Office - because of commercial confidentiality.
In the House of Keys this week, Isle of Man Post Office chair Stuart Peters faced questions from Arbory, Malew and Castletown MHK Jason Moorhouse.
He wanted to know about problems delivering parcels on behalf of Yodel and how redelivery instructions are processed.
Mr Peters said the contract was something he couldn't talk about:
