Palace Cinema set for major refurbishment

The Palace Cinema is to undergo a period of refurbishment next month.

Both of the two theatres will have contemporary new seating installed brought in from a specialist company in Australia.

They’re bigger than the existing seats and come with cup holders, new carpet is also being laid throughout the cinema.

To allow for the refurbishment, Palace Cinema will be closed between Monday 5th and Sunday 18th September, reopening to the public on Monday 19th September.
