There's been a huge rise in the number of complaints about taxi drivers, according to the regulator.
Figures from the Road Transport Licensing Committee shows in 2021 there were two complaints, with four in 2022 - but in 2023 that figure leapt to 12, and so far this year there have already been 11.
A Freedom of Information request shows in the past four years, there were 12 accusations of overcharging, five of offensive actions or language, and six of criminal actions.
Those criminal allegations were reported to police - two ended with convictions and the drivers surrendering their licences.
