The overall trend of reported positive Covid-19 results is decreasing.
That’s according to data from this week’s Public Health Surveillance Report.
The Island’s R rate is currently 0.49, which shows the omicron wave might have peaked, and the rate of transmission is slowing.
The report also indicates that there’s no significant rise in cases in children and young people following school reopening.
