The Island's capital city has 58 properties on a council blacklist of dilapidated, ruinous or dangerous buildings.
A report to the Environmental Services Committee will be considered when Douglas Council meets later.
Members heard two new properties had been added since the last meeting while six properties had come off the list after improvement work.
That left a total of 58 properties on the list, just 0.38 per cent of properties in the capital.
