A total of 48 claims were made for damage from potholes in the past year.
Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall gave the figures in response to a question in the House of Key this week from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse.
That number is up from 31 made to Department of Infrastructure the year before, with over £30,000 paid out to claimants since 2023.
Mr Crookall explained what it takes for a successful claim:
Douglas prom re-opens after crash
New bar and restaurant to open this weekend
