Organisers of 'Isle of Pride' are working to create an outreach programme to support the local LGBTQ+ community.
The initiative will be called ‘Chree’, the Manx word for heart, reflecting the charity’s mission to connect, support, and uplift.
They add the 'much-needed' service will focus on education and training, as well as a 'safe spaces' project.
It adds their vision is for 'Chree' to raise awareness, promote inclusion and help create a society where no LGBTQ+ person ever feels alone.
