The Island’s housing market looks optimistic for the year ahead according to a local estate agent.
Black Grace Cowley say its sales in January and February doubled compared to the same time last year.
It follows reports from another estate agent on the Island that there aren’t enough two and three bedroom properties on the market to meet demand.
