A minister's taken to social media to express his surprise at backbench MHKs.
Health Minister Lawrie Hooper posted to Twitter earlier about a briefing for Tynwald members about the government's tax strategy.
He says only three backbenchers attended before the court is due to debate the plans later this month.
Mr Hooper said he was particularly surprised taxation was one of the main points raised during the budget debate last month.

Not especially well attended, which is surprising as tax & the future direction of taxation was a big concern raised in the budget debate last month https://t.co/NZ4AwclYMf
