Douglas Council says it had a total of 39 empty properties last month.
The figures, in a local authority agenda that's up for discussion at a council meeting later, represent around just 1 per cent of its total housing stock.
On July 17, there were 39 vacant properties receiving attention.
Another six were due to be allocated.
