Births and deaths on Island can now be registered online.
The Isle of Man Registry has implemented the measure as a temporary response to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic.
As a result, informants no longer need to officially sign documents in person, but can do so through government's online services portal.
Meanwhile, Funeral Directors can also now act as informants on the registration of deaths, if instructed to do so by a relative of the deceased.
