An online petition is calling for a sex offender to be returned to prison after reoffending shortly after his early release.
The change.org petition says the man - who was jailed for indecently assaulting a 15 year old girl - was released from prison halfway through his sentence, but was fined after committing a sex act in front of children on a bus.
Lee Smith, who started the petition, says the case highlights the need for better protection for the community.
