The Steam Packet Company says the Manxman will sail to Liverpool tomorrow instead of Heysham.
Bad weather means two sailings have been cancelled - the 1.45pm Heysham to Douglas and the 7.15pm return trip.
But the company adds the 8am Douglas to Heysham sailing will now set off at 1pm and go to Merseyside instead.
A decision about a further two sailings tonight and tomorrow are expected to be made by 5.15pm.
