Commissioners are needed in Jurby, Ramsey, Ballaugh, and Port Erin and a new councillor is needed in Douglas.
Nominations forms can be picked up now, and need to be returned by tomorrow, Wednesday, June 18.
If more than one candidate comes forward, polls will open on Thursday, July 17.
