The Police Complaints commissioner says just one out of eight complaints against officers last year was upheld.
This month, Geoff Karran MBE will give his annual report to Tynwald about complaints against the Constabulary.
Between April last year and March this year, formal complaints were made about abuse of authority, neglect of duty, use of force, and breach of confidentiality.
Only one complaint, about neglect of duty, was substantiated, and three investigations are ongoing.
