A man from Onchan won't now face a charge of breaching court-ordered community service.
Ashley Graham Kelly of Royal Court Apartments in Onchan was excused appearing before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 31 year old was accused of breaching his community service between July and August last year.
Prosecutor Barry Swain told the court he'd received more information on the case and would withdraw the allegation.
Magistrates marked the charge withdrawn.
