Plans to build new garages for hire in Onchan have hit a snag.
It comes after the commissioners said land originally earmarked for the proposals isn't available any more.
Ruatapu Ltd of Farmhill has applied for permission to build nine garages and two bike stores on land at the corner of Lhon Dhoo Close and Lhon Vane Close after similar plans were approved in 2021.
But that development included two parcels of land owned by the local authority, which it now says can't be used.
The company says its redesigned proposals would complement the existing 22 garages and 12 car parking spaces which are privately rented.
