Onchan Commissioners launch photography competition

Onchan Commissioners have launched this year's photography competition. 

Photographs must be Onchan based, though the competition is open to anyone and there's no limit on the amount of times you can enter.

A winner will be chosen by commissioners each month, with an overall winner chosen by the public later in the year.
