Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident involving a vehicle in Douglas earlier this week.
The Central Neighbourhood Policing Team say it occurred on Ballanard Road near the junction with Norwood Drive at around 5pm on Monday.
Officers want to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time, in particular a female driving a white Audi.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact Police Headquarters.
