The Royal College of Nursing says it'll consult staff members about Manx Care's latest pay offer next week.
The organisation says the three-year deal would be inflation-linked, with an additional rise on top.
This year, it would equate to a rise of 4.65 per cent.
The RCN says it's emailed nurses, who will be able to vote on the proposals online.
