Nurses on the Island have voted in favour of industrial action over a pay offer from Manx Care.
A Royal College of Nursing ballot ended at midday on Wednesday.
It saw 70 per cent in favour of striking over a proposed four per cent pay rise backdated to last April.
It's the third offer rejected by the nurses.
