Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall says no one's asked for a pedestrian crossing near a Douglas school.
He faced a question for written answer from Douglas North MHK John Wannenburgh about a crossing at School Road in Willaston.
Last week, Willaston School asked parents to park responsibly because children were being put at risk.
In his response, Mr Crookall said there'd been no request for a crossing - and so his department hadn't considered the idea.
