Work to alleviate problems caused by flooding in Onchan won't be completed this winter.
That's the message from the Manx Utilities Authority which says it may have to contract engineers from the UK.
Flooding has affected a number of properties on Laurel Avenue, Ashley Park, Kaighin's Lane and Hackett's Close for a number of years.
