Douglas Council says it hasn't had any public reports of broken streetlights on the prom, but found some during routine inspections.
That's according to a response to a Freedom of Information request.
The corporation says repairs are normally carried out in five working days, though delays can happen.
It adds at the time of replying, there were only two failed lights in the Broadway area.
