The Treasury Minister says he'll discuss this year's Budget at a number of meetings - but public consultation in the run-up to announcing spending plans will have to wait.
In the House of Keys yesterday Alf Cannan faced questions from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper about his plans to engage the public in the budget process.
Mr Cannan says after he's unveiled the document he'll be at a number of meetings with businesses and the public.
But he says at the moment there are no plans to consult beforehand:
