No patient transfer buses have been bought in the past three years, according to the infrastructure minister.
Michelle Haywood gave the answer in the House of Keys this week in response to a question from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse.
Mr Moorhouse also asked if any of them had been modified during this time.
