The Tynwald commissioner for administration says there's no evidence of corruption at a local authority in an ongoing row between a resident and the board.
A complaint to the TCA was made after a parked car in Kirk Michael was damaged by a neighbour's trampoline on land belonging to the board.
The allegations against Michael District Commissioners included that they were negligent, corrupt, incompetent and discourteous during their handling of the original complaint in 2023.
Paul Beckett's findings were those allegations hadn't been proven - but there was evidence of maladministration after the board refused to spend taxpayer's money resolving a boundary dispute on the land.
His report is due to be laid before Tynwald at its July sitting.
