Police have completed an investigation into the death of 22 year old Robert Kissack, who died after being struck by a car.
It confirmed in a statement last night there will be no charges brought against the driver of the vehicle.
Robert died on Whitebridge Road, near to the entrance of the Fun Barn in Onchan in the early hours of Sunday, December 29.
Chief Inspector Michelle Maddocks described Robert as a very popular and loved young man and says condolences go out to all those affected by the incident.
