Garff commissioners say they're not planning to tackle rundown or dilapidated buildings just yet.
The board met this week, and discussed the problem of poorly-maintained properties after speaking to local authorities in Douglas and Ramsey.
Noth areas have seen changes to rates rules designed to encourage people to carry out work where necessary.
