Douglas Harbour's lift bridge will be temporarily closing for maintenance overnight throughout next week.
From Monday, February 9 the Millenium Bridge which spans North and South Quay will shut between 8pm and 6am.
The Department of Infrastructure says works are expected to last until 6am on Friday morning.
It's to replace the large hydraulic structures which lift the bridge, with these being imported from the original Dutch engineers which built it.
