Bus Vannin says it plans to run 59 bus services today.
It's the second day of ongoing industrial action by drivers in a dispute over pay and contracts.
Today, the last service will be the Port St Mary to Douglas bus setting off at 8.20pm.
Bus drivers are currently being balloted about more possible action as the row with government rumbles on.
