Ronaldsway Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for coastal overtopping today.
Forecasters say high tides and strong winds could mean waves and debris washing onto roads at lunchtime.
The warning runs from 10am until 2pm.
Areas which could be affected include Fenella Beach in Peel as well as Shore Road in Rushen and promenades in Castletown, Laxey and Douglas.
