Members of Tynwald are set to elect a new President this week.
It follows the retirement of Steve Rodan who is currently the longest standing member of the Manx parliament.
Last April, Mr Rodan announced he'd be standing down, bringing an end to a 26-year political career.
One of the main roles of the President is chairing sittings of Tynwald Court and the Legislative Council.
There are two candidates for the position- current Speaker of the House of Keys, Juan Watterson and Minister for Enterprise, Laurence Skelly.
The election will take place in Tynwald tomorrow (Tuesday).
