New TT schedule to cause 'similar disruption' to residents as before

The TT 2023 schedule is likely to cause similar disruption to residents as previous years.

That was the answer to a question in Tynwald by MHK David Ashford, who wanted to know if those inside the course can expect more or less disruption due to changes to the timetable.

The Senior race will now take place on the Saturday, instead of the Friday, which will remain a bank holiday.

Enterprise Minister Lawrie Hooper says the 2023 schedule is likely to have a 'broadly similar impact' to residents' normal activities.
