Ballasalla is set to get a new tea room next month.
On Facebook, the Quirky Teapot says it will open on Tuesday, March 4 next door to Ballasalla Stores in the former Chinese takeaway premises on Main Road.
That business closed last year, leaving the unit unused.
On social media, the tea room says it wants to become the village's 'place to be' and is looking forward to welcoming customers.
