Families with newborn babies in hospital could soon get the right to claim neonatal care leave from their employer.
It's one of a number of rights being looked at by the Department for Enterprise are it brings in new laws.
The Employment (Amendment) Bill being planned would also give new rights to rest breaks and carer's leave.
