A developer has put forward plans to develop more than seven hectares of land in Ramsey.
Blythe Church Investment Holdings has applied for permission in principle to build houses on land off Poyll Dooey Road.
In its application, it says it'll give further details about exactly what's planned in future applications.
An earlier plan for the site was turned down in February after demonstrations and petitions against it.
