Douglas council says it'll name a new block of flats in the capital after a newspaper editor and political activist.
The local authority's housing committee was looking for a name for the new Willaston apartment complex.
Members had to decide between two historical figures, and said naming it after Samuel Webb might cause confusion with the city centre pub.
They opted instead to name the block after James Brown.
