A documentary about the Manx Grand Prix sure to be a hit with petrol-heads and motorbike enthusiasts across the UK will be broadcast on ITV4 early next month.
‘Grand Prix Racer’ was filmed and produced by Greenlight Television and offers an inside look into the race meet which has in the past been overshadowed by the TT festival.
This is set to become a thing of the past from this year however, with a rejuvenated event planned for August.
Although it will still retain the Grand Prix races there will be an extra emphasis on the classic machines with new events and entertainment planned.
Manx Motor Cycle Club Chairman, Harvey Garton says the documentary gives a great insight for both newcomer racers and for the general public to see how much commitment riders give to the challenge of the Mountain Circuit.
It will be screened at 8pm on Tuesday, February 5th.
