New medical rucksacks will provide cover for the Southern 100 Racing.
Organisers say the previous medical boxes are at the end of their useful life and the 16 of them are being replaced.
The new bags will be lighter and easier to move and use for the medics around the Billown course.
The rucksacks are being provided by the Rob Vine Fund at a cost of over £4,000, paid for by the Southern 100 Supporters.
