Could the Douglas Christmas lights switch-on be held at a new location this year?
It comes following growing popularity at last years event held on John Street, which saw thousands gather to attend.
Currently, a maxiumum of 3,741 people can attend under the Music and Dancing event license.
At a meeting held earlier this week Douglas councillors have debated if another location could be used.
Although no firm decision has yet been made on the event's future, council officers are currently looking into alternative locations.
