Government has issued legislation to stop people using personal service companies to avoid paying tax and National Insurance.
It will ensure that if a client employs a worker, the amount paid for their services will be treated as remuneration, and they will be subject to make their contributions.
The Treasury Minister says people registered as 'employers' for income tax purposes will be contacted by the department directly.
