Laws dealing with the affairs of people who lack the mental capacity to make legal decisions will start being implemented next year.
In Tynwald this week, Health Minister Claire Christian was asked by Ramsey MHK Dr Alex Allinson for an update on the 2023 Capacity Act.
Ms Christian said it would be rolled out in stages - the first phase is planned for April 2027, with legislation to go before Tynwald in July.
