The government says its third Annual Report on Poverty Measures will be laid before Tynwald in May.
It shows around 14 percent of the Island's population are living with 'low resources' under an experimental new measurement system.
The document highlights strains being put on people's budgets from rising fuel prices, and global instability like the war in the Middle East.
Government says while the data shows the Isle of Man continues to perform relatively well compared with international and UK benchmarks, many households are still under financial pressure.
